1959 – A policy for Mr Wedge, aged 24. He insured a 800cc Heinkel – Reg no 45 GFC and his premium was £6.15.4. He changed the car for an Austin 948cc and he is still a client at Oxford branch aged 79!

Bicester branch opened with Ian Pinsent as A-Plan’s youngest ever manager at just 20.

Pol Plan started in Tooting and has been so successful that 2013 saw the opening of it’s very first high street branch which featured on BBC News.
