My story

I think the opportunities for progression within A-Plan make for a true career path.

When I started with A-Plan, I had little experience of insurance. This wasn’t a problem for A-Plan, and accordingly I was guided through the Chartered Certificate of Insurance exams. Further courses and seminars are constantly running as a means of development for everyone.

What attracted you to A-Plan?

When joining A-Plan, I was looking for a new challenge. I had just come out of the family business at the age of 28, so it wasn't just another job I was looking for, I was looking for a career with a challenge, where there was also going to be scope for progression.

What is your working environment like?

The working environment that we have is very exciting. There's a buzzing atmosphere and a family feeling within the team.

What made you stay with A-Plan?

Staying with A-Plan was an easy decision! I found the challenge I was initially looking for and also the opportunity for a career here is second to none.
